How It All Started

30+ Years Of Experience

In 1974, Mark Russell began working for his father and uncle in the construction industry. He learned how to build and remodel mid-century homes and businesses throughout Rochester, New York by the age of twenty. Construction swiftly turned into his passion, and the importance of outstanding quality emerged as essential!
For years now, Russell & Russell Construction has built an exceptional reputation with the same values of excellence. For these very reasons, we have earned being one of the top leading and most respected commercial contractors in the Greater Tampa Bay area.
We have grown our commercial projects in the multi-family, condominium, restaurant, medical, assisted-living-factilites, hospitality, and retail sectors. We pride ourselves in earning repeat business from the same developers, architects and owners. Because of this, we partner with select contractors to assist with their interior, high-end finishes throughout the state.
In the residential arena, we proudly grew our design/build luxury homes and condominiums with the same passion, quality, and excellence.
