PROJECT SCOPE:
This was a new construction of a 4-story office building. The project included six acres of site development, a retention pond and a vibrated stone foundation for the building. It was constructed of reinforced concrete, masonry and structural steel. This project consisted of an under building parking garage, a second floor pharmacy, an Adult Day Care Center and several administrative offices.

Some of the highlights of this project were the 1950’s theme breakroom, 6 inch wooden baseboards and 8 inch crown moldings including the spirited colors for the Adult Day Care Center.
