Over the past 5 years, I have had the pleasure of working with Mark Russell. I found Mr. Russell to be knowledgeable, conscientious, fair-minded and pleasant in the execution of the duties of his position. He was always willing to go the extra mile to accommodate the consultant’s request without jeopardizing the goals of the College. I found him to possess the highest personal morals and standard and an excellent work ethic.
